Garage flooring has to stand up to harsh conditions, including moisture, temperature fluctuations, chemicals, heat from tires, weight and impact. We offer an extensive range of flooring solutions, each chosen to provide choices, durability, and value.

Epoxy Floor Coating

Epoxy flooring is an affordable solution that gives a seamless finish. We offer a formulation and installation technique that allows us to offer a 10-year warranty. Surface preparation ensures the epoxy will adhere and the product we use provides superior bonding and faster cure time. Color flake combinations provide many finish options. The protective topcoat is designed for chemical and wear resistance while giving an attractive gloss finish.

Flexible Tiles

Flexible plastic tiles require less installation time than epoxy. Unlike epoxy, there is no “cure” time, so the floor can be used immediately. Flexible tiles are an excellent solution for damaged concrete floors that would require extensive repair before painting with epoxy. These tiles are formulated to have a soft flexibility similar to rubber flooring. Yet withstand heavy use. They will lay flat without glue in most cases, allowing easy replacement of a single tile, if needed.

The material is soft enough to provide some cushioning and insulation, which makes it one of the most comfortable flooring options. When same color tiles are connected the join lines practically disappear, creating a seamless appearance. Surprisingly, flexible tiles are also one of the most affordable flooring options.

Carpet

Carpet that has been specifically designed for use in the garage comes in tiles for ease of installation, and to allow replacement of a single tile, if needed. The carpet is made of synthetic polymer fibers that feel soft, do not absorb spills, do not react to oil and gas, are flame resistant, can be washed with soap and water, and are highly durable. Adhesive backing holds the tiles securely in place.

Raised Tiles

Raised tiles are designed to allow airflow underneath the tile. Garages in areas with a high water table can have problems with excessive moisture. Moisture can cause problems with many flooring solutions. It can cause discoloration, poor adhesion, or allow mold to develop. Raised polypropylene tiles provide a finished look that is also much more comfortable to walk on than cold damp cement. We offer raised tiles from multiple vendors, to give you more choices.

Some raised tiles are designed to allow dust and liquids to pass through an open grid pattern. A shop vacuum can be used to remove debris that has fallen through. The dirt is hidden from view, and off your shoes, until you are ready to clean. This can be a good solution for people who want a clean floor, without having to do frequent cleaning.

Rigid Tiles

Rigid tiles adhere directly on the concrete. The low profile allows for easy transitions to doorways and thresholds. Although the tiles are extremely durable and damage is unlikely, it is possible to replace a tile if needed.

Diamond Plate

Diamond plate makes a statement. We offer diamond plate with real metal tread surfaces in raised and rigid tiles. Baseboard, molding, and trim accessories are also available.

Area Mat

Area mat flooring can cover large areas with few seams. Installation is just a matter of unrolling and laying it flat. Edges can be trimmed to fit. One advantage of area mat flooring is that it can be pulled out of the garage for cleaning. Some people prefer to keep the water and soap outside. Large area mats can be overlapped or joined to create a wall-to-wall floor covering.

Anti-Fatigue and Warm Floor Mats

For work area comfort we offer cushioned anti-fatigue mats and radiant heat carpeted warm floor mats.
