With this program we start with a site visit by a designer and contractor team. The designer will assess your requirements from a design perspective. The contractor will assess the construction requirements and provide an initial estimate of construction costs.

The site visit is followed by an in-store meeting to select products that fit your space, give the functionality you want, the look you want, and fit your budget. From cabinetry to plumbing, tile to mirrors, the designer will work with you to create a harmonious result. In most instances, you will be able to get an idea of what your new bathroom will be like before you leave.

The second in-store meeting is to finalize the product order and select a construction start date. We deliver the products to your home and coordinate with the contractor during construction to ensure that the project runs smoothly.

Do you have a master bath that will undergo a major renovation? Do you want to take a family bath and add space from an adjacent closet? If so, you may want to utilize our Full Service Design Program.

Our Full Service Design Program starts with having a designer assigned to your project and conducting a detailed assessment of your requirements. Based on your requirements, we will recommend one of our design packages to develop the necessary plans and coordinate your project.

Using our computer design tools, we will develop a drawing of the existing configuration and create alternatives for your review. Upon reviewing these options with you, we will finalize the plan and move forward with product selection.

Our designers will research and recommend products that meet the requirements for your project, giving you an extraordinary look that is unique to your project.

Detailed lighting, tile layouts, and elevations of key areas will be developed for your review and approval. When we are finished, we will have detailed plans for your new space.

We will develop a detailed Construction Scope document. If you already have a contractor we will send him the documents. If not, we can send two contractors that have done excellent work for other clients. We work with you to finalize the scope and move the project toward a construction start date. Our operations team will order all the project components and coordinate with you and the construction team. Your designer helps to coordinate all aspects of construction with the contractor and you.
